• I bought this thinking I was getting the RGB keyboard to find out it was red and ready for pick up :’(

• Yeah that happened to me, I bought this model because of the RGB When I pick up my order ,it wasn't the same, it was the red version so .I returned it. So disappointed with best buy . now I order one from the Acer website .

• In the features it now lists red backlit keyboard. But the original pictures they had up had the rbg keyboard... So who knows

• I check the Acer website on this model. It is not a RGB keyboard. Looks like Best Buy made a mistake on the original posting of the photo and now they correct it.
