Yes, the RTX 3050Ti only has 4gb of ram. In my opinion, this is plenty of power for gaming on a 15" screen at standard HD (1920). If you plan to plug this in to a 2K monitor or above, then this is not the laptop for you. So far, every game I have played works perfect. However, this is not my primary gaming PC. This is for when I am traveling or away from home and I want to play something for a short period of time. I hope that helps.
