Ran skyrim myself, although only for a few hours. Haven't tried fallout 4 though, I imagine it will run it at 60 fps as long as you don't destroy the game with mods. If it's your first laptop purchase make sure you do your homework about maintenance and use, like running on wall power instead of battery power and keeping up with driver updates and bios updates.
