A:AnswerAcer can offer the OEM version of Windows only. If you want to modify the laptop you need to contact Best Buy directly to see if they offer upgrades prior to purchase. This model does ship with an M.2 SSD which you can upgrade yourself, as well as the 2.5" slot if you need extra storage. Also there are YouTube videos posted on how to remove the bottom case to access these slots, if Best Buy cannot help you with this.
A:AnswerI would happily reply to your question if I had received the laptop as the planned estimate delivery. I have no update whatsoever at where the package might be or to when it will be delivered .
A:AnswerFirst, I purchased the Nitro model with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor instead of the Intel I-5 processor. All of the reviews I read said the AMD processor outperformed the I-5 processor and out performed some older versions of the I-7 processor. Since my purchase was geared for gaming I am not knowledgeable enough to know the needs of a graphic artist. Generally gaming specs are very good at color display. My screen is very good for my use, however my only criticism would be that the screen appears washed out in direct outdoor sunlight but that is true of most laptop screens.

A:AnswerWhile this is a gaming laptop you can certainly use this for non-gaming apps. We do recommend you check the system requirements of the apps you want to use, and make sure the laptop meets or exceeds those requirements for best results.
