Geek Squad AFAIK offers upgrades but that is paid service. But truth be told, It's easy to upgrade this laptop yourself, Just unscrew all 11 screws and pry open. (Note: It's easier if you start prying at the ethernet connector side.) I've upgrade my Nitro to 2TB NVMe.2 and a 2TB SATA SSD and also to 32 GB of RAM myself.
