• Yes it will be able to run the game and Discord but for best results add another stick of RAM. I would advise that if you plan on buying this because 8GB of RAM isn't enough to seriously multi task with the installed hardware.

• This is the site I use to check if I can run a game. It'll tell you recommended and minimum requirements. https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri might have to install something from the site that gets your spec info of your laptop and displays everything on the site. Has helped me in the past so I'm not wasting time/money just to find out I can run the game.
