The 1050ti is the desktop version, but it’s not tied to a card. So you can’t upgrade it. But yes, the chipset is the desktop chip. During light loads, the machine will default to the Intel UHD 630. During gaming it will use the Nvidia 1050ti. On rare occasions it will need to be set to use the 1050ti on some games. This is simple enough to do with the included software.
