Just a caution as I know a number of people with older tech notebooks/laptops... If the older HDD is an IDE interface and not a SATA interface, then it will not work in the Nitro5...which supports SATA only in the HDD/SSD drive bay. Also, if the older drive interface is a SATA level lower then 3...as a general caution there may be issues.
