• Yes of course it would more is better. As is it is still a great gaming entry level gaming laptop. Fast boot times nice picture quality. All depends on what your needs are but as is its great.

• I decided to install another 256 sdd .. I was against doing a HDD which is so and clunky

• Adding a hard drive would allow for more storage, not necessarily to add performance. The operating system is installed on the SSD drive which would have the fastest boot speed compared to a 2.5" spindle drive. Adding additional memory allows your computer to do more things at once, not actually make it run faster.
