I just installed this today after seeing your question. At first, it stated it could not recognize the video card and maxed out all the graphics. Needless to say there was a consistent video lag. Switching graphics down to medium and also enabling laptop mode seemed to be the sweet spot with smooth gameplay. Cant say for custom content.
