I've not had any overheating problems. I've been playing destiny 2 at 1080 and high settings with no problems. There's a neat little desktop app that lets you manually set fan speeds for both the cpu and GPU fans, or you can set to auto. I don't think I've ever heard the fans rev all the way up when on auto so it must not get too hot. Allows you to keep it really cool if you want though. SK
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using mine for a few weeks including gaming and I have had no over heating problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no overheating, I'm actually surprised how it stays cool while playing very High End Games, It will get warm but does not overheat. You can also control your fans with software built into laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The heat sink goes across the GPU from the CPU so potentially for longer gaming sessions you may not have appropriate air flow. If you intend to play for long gaming sessions on it i.e. 2+ hours I would suggest a mobile desktop cooler pad. They are often cheap. I've linked a 25 USD option from best buy itself. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/enhance-gaming-laptop-cooling-pad-stand-with-led-cooler-fans-blue/5845304.p?skuId=5845304&ref=212&loc=1&&ref=212&loc=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA597fBRCzARIsAHWby0HiT9NSpvDeXxXLDavq3VRLZ23E0cAEqwEd8OYjxIT_xYRG-kNJEuIaAhU8EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
