So I can partly answer this question, the laptop has panels on it to open for specific components. Since I dont have a small enough screwdriver to open it all the way, ik that one of them is for the hard drive but I'm not sure if you can add more to the ssd or need to completely replace it. From talking to the rep when I bought it, it sounded like I would need to completely replace it.
