This model does not support Thunderbolt 3 and the GPU is not over-clockable. Changing the M.2 or 2.5" hdd will not void the warranty as long as no damage occurs by doing so. If damage does occur, the repair will be subject to a fee but once it is repaired, the warranty will continue until it expires.
