• Yes it meets oculus requirements and should be able to run many vr games just fine.

• I recommend a gtx 1060 or higher for VR gaming. You would be buying a laptop that can barely handle VR, and it would have no future proofing to it. You would have to upgrade to a newer laptop much sooner. Save up and buy a better pc. Save yourself the headache friend.
