This model ships with an SSD drive and should include a hdd kit to allow the user to purchase a 2.5" hdd and add it to the system. If for any reason the kit is not included, please feel free to contact Acer support to have a kit sent to you.

Yes you can easily add a storage drive. I added a 512 2.5in SSD. The mounting screws came with my laptop.

Yes but you will have to contact acer for the kit to instal them
