Can the bestbuy location upgrade the ram? null

If they have Geek Squad there, probably... depends on the location and all of that, obviously. I just upgraded mine to some Corsair Vengeance 4,800 MHZ DDR5 16GB (x2) for 32 GB total... works great! There's also a 2nd M.2 slot if you want/need to add another NVMe drive.
