All computers with Microsoft windows support alternate keyboard characters. You can add a spanish language pack and actually change the language of all the menus and keyboard or leave it stock and just type Alt 0241 for ñ. If you type character map into search you can cut and paste letters from many languages.

If purchased in the US it will have an English keyboard but you can change the operating system language to Spanish when you first set it up.
