This should run VR games well. We do recommend you always check the system requirements of the game against the specifications of the laptop to make sure they meet or exceed those requirements. Can't say - my new Acer Predator starting having big issues with the video and performance right after I bought it. When it went to sleep, it would not reconnect with my monitors on wake up and started acting strange. I had GeekSquad check it out. They said to return it and I bought a different model.
