“Is there anyway anyone can tell me if I can upgrade the psu on this rig for a 4090 that i am considering buying to replace the 3070 that's currently in it. Also I got a 14th gen i7 processor which I don't think will interfere motherboard wise.”

I upgraded mine with: CORSAIR - RMx Series RM1000x 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - Black And run a 4090. Old question but still worth answering.
