• It runs in variable refresh mode (gsync) up to 240hz. Make sure your windows resolution setting is set to 240hz as well.

• I'm running gsync on at 240hz. Silky smooth gameplay. Best gaming monitor I had used so far. Notable difference over 144hz. I sold my Alienware 240hz after I picked this up.

• It works at 240hz also, must be using nvida hardware and software for gync to work where as you would need amd to use free sync

• I run everything at 240 hz with gsync, confirmed it runs at this setting, and confirmed my screen tearing is gone.
