You need to use a display port cable. The monitor should have come with one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this same problem and am trying to fix it now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not trying to belittle you or anything but i do have to ask, are you using a gfx card? and if so are you plugging your monitor into it and not the on board plug on the MOBO. After that, I assume if you bought this monitor it's for the g-sync which means you probably have a geforce graphics card and not other team. You should check NVIDIA control panel by right clicking it > display > change resolution > and there should be a box on the right that says refresh rate. Also make sure you keep NVIDIA control panel up to date. Good Luck, hope it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The GPU in your PC must be able to support 240hz via DisplayPort, in order to get 240hz. If you are certain your GPU provides this support, please contact Acer for assistance with this issue. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Also wanted to add on to an earlier answer of mine.... btw, im using a geforce rtx 2070, playing division 2, and im only benching at about half the FPS mainly because most games have not reached that godly level of needing to get to 240hz.. but yeah, went from a UHD 4k TV with of course a HDMI cable, which only gives you 60hz... i tried to see what the game looks like in 4k... FHD monitors are the way to go. also check to make sure all your settings are not on auto and just manually switch it to your gfx card. You might have to check your bios too.. Intel boards do have pretty decent GFX of their own, so it might be choosing that if set on auto for what ever god awful reason. You can actually do this without going into bios. (yes im from the old school i still call it bios, not the eifif blah blah they call it now) Start > control panel > device manager > display adapter > Right click the intel one > disable it. That way it requires you to make sure you are only using your GFX card by default. BTW if you have your HDMI/DP cable plugged into your MOBO by chance... get ready for a black screen. You just gotta switch plug from your MOBO to your GFX card. IF that works great, if not i cant really tell you much without looking at your set up. Good luck again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does your GPU support 240hz refresh rate? Could be a GPU issue instead of monitor issue... I recommend contacting ASUS tech support
