“I do not have home internet. My daughter gave me an iPhone and I am on her plan so I have the internet on my phone but not in my house. Is there any way if I bought the chrome book the two could be linked??? I am an older person and not tech savvy.thank”

Technically if she has her own hotspot she can make available through her cellphone data plan but this a rather expensive way to go unless she has endless data available monthly.

Acer has not tested this configuration and this is outside our scope of support, so we are unable to say for certain if the Chromebook can connect to the iPhone using a hotspot. Theoretically it should work. You might post your question on the Acer Community where there are many users that post questions and offer help and advice on Acer products.
