• You can access the Google play store so whatever is available on the play store can be used on here. Google docs is installed already on the Chromebook.

• There likely aren't alot of apps installed on this Chromebook but this model does support Android Apps and Google Playstore. If you need a word processor then you would be able to download the Google Docs app which also supports Microsoft Office files as well.
