Does it come with a keyboard and Mouse null

It comes with a key board. You will have to purchase a mouse.

This is a Chromebook, meaning it is a notebook. There is a keyboard built in as the pictures show and there are both a touch screen and a track pad. There is no mouse, but you can use a wired or wireless mouse with no problems should you chose to do so.
