QuestionI purchased this monitor last July. Now half the screen is going blank frequently. I can fix it by turning it off and back on again, but this is a huge headache. What are my options?

- Answer The one I got did not have any dead pixels. There was a small scratch on the top of the monitor frame, I'm okay with it. Works great.

QuestionDoes this monitor have the option of a total protection plan? The last one that I bought, I was able to buy the Geek Squad full coverage, even though it was open-box.

- Answer Acer does not offer extended warranties for the monitor products, but you might check with Best Buy to see if they offer one.
