To access the On Screen Display, press the Menu button on the monitor. You should see a screen with the functions listed on the left; the first function should be Picture, where the brightness setting is. Press the Menu button again to access the Picture settings. Use the < and > buttons to navigate the menu settings. The user guide on page 8 gives good instructions on how to make setting changes; this guide is available online here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6981?b=1. Click on Documents (3), then select the Download link for the User Guide. If you need further help please contact our support team at 866-695-2237.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You dont have mouse access to your second monitor, because your computer does not know it is there. Go to your control panel. >>> Hardware and Sound>>> Add a device>>> click on the picture of the monitor. Then it will ask you with picture of a 1 and 2. Your second monitor will be 2 I am assuming. Or slide it over so it opt for # 2. Click either OK, or Apply which ever is on that option. That should fix your mouse not working. While you are there you can also adjust brightness on the menu for it. To adjust your brightness. : You can change the brightness and contrast settings for some displays by using an on-screen menu, and then setting the brightness and contrast in the resulting menu. Many times, you can view the on-screen menu by pressing a button—possibly labeled Menu—on the front of the monitor.
