“I can’t hear any volume at all. When I click the menu button on the bottom of the monitor and click volume, the volume menu won’t come up, whereas the other menus will pop up. Any help?”

Audio doesn't come out of the monitor itself, it has no speakers on the monitor itself. You need to buy some speakers, or plug in a headset to your PC or if you're using a console, plug it into your controller or console if you can
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this model of monitor doesn't have speakers, so the volume menu is grayed out. That's why it doesn't pop up when you press the button. Other Acer models that use this same OSD do have speakers.
