- Answer Likely a Windows Surface issue. Are you making sure the monitor is plugged in? Make sure it is. Make sure your computer is somewhat new, some Windows Surface laptops can be slow.

QuestionI am having trouble understanding how to firmly fix the stand to the base. There are 2 small screws already in the stand that’s attached to the screen . Then the base has that one screw with a kind of a ring.
