You are able to install Microsoft Office 365 through the Google Play store, but at the moment, there is no ability to install the one-time payment versions such as Office 2012/2016/2019/etc. Alternatively, you can use Google's suite, consisting of the applications "Google Docs", "Google Sheets", and "Google Slides" to both create and edit files compatible with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint. I have yet to personally have any compatibility or formatting issues transferring files between one another.
