I have been looking for the answer to this question as well. My internet sleuthing says that Acer recommends a limit of 64GB (though I could not find that on Acer's website myself) but users have reported using the largest current size of microSD available (400GB) without problem. Those same posts mentioned downloading movies to the SD card and playing them back without issue.
