This is refurbished by Acer and carries a 90-day warranty against hardware defects. Memory is onboard and not upgradeable. If you open the case to upgrade the SSD it will not void the warranty as long as no damage occurs by doing so. PlanetROI provides warranty service and support for the recertified products.
