Make sure all the cable connections are fully engaged (you may have to unplug/replug) If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the monitor (power down the PC, unplug then replug the connections, power back up.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The touch screen is connected through the USB cable to the left (Non Power Button Side) of the "Audio In". That cable must be connected to which ever computer you are trying to use the touch screen on. If it's connected correctly you may have to try a new cable or different USB port on your computer.
