Freesync works over HDMI, but an NVidia card only does G-Sync over Displayport. If you're using an HDMI cable, you might not see the option to enable G-Sync. If you're using Displayport, then the problem must be something else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although, Acer's response is correct the website says it's not compatible.. I have this exact monitor and it says it's g-sync compatible. You might need to uninstall then reinstall NVIDIA Control Panel. (which is something I had to do). I found it under Display > Set up G SYNC. I included a screen shot from my desktop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to Nvidia's site the supported monitor for G-sync is the XF270H BBMIIPRX. This monitor you have is the Model Name: XF270H Bbmiiprzx, which is not on this list of supported models: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/g-sync-monitors/specs/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem. Make sure you use the supplied cable and not an hdmi. It plugs into the DP slot in the back of the monitor. You also need a 10 or 20 series GPU
