• Actiontec customer service could not help me with my issue of no sound and intermittent video when the signal was sent to a receiver first. In my case I ran HDMI directly to the TV from the receiver with no problems. You will need a High Quality HDMI cable of appropriate length. The cables in the box are only 5-6 feet long.
