• I believe you need to go to your service provider as I did and get a new access code they will walk you through the process and get you back online again.

• Try connecting a PC with an Ethernet cable, that should be a better connection and allow you to change the password.

• Call tech support, number is in instruction book. However when I installed mine with TS and asked how to change the password, I was told it couldn't be done
