I believe you need to go to your service provider to get a new access code. They helped me through the process to get a new one to get back online again, as I try my old one and didn't work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am guessing you are talking about the passwords to log on to your router. You should have a settings page located at 192.168.1.1. Type that in your browser. Check it out. Everything you should need will be there.

Please try again later.If you're talking about the access code for Office365, I think when you buy it, there is a registration number you have to use to activate 365 and then you receive a code that activates the download/registration number. I think... don't know for sure. That's a question you need to as Microsoft. Sorry.
