• Yes. We have our Wifi on Century Link DSL and our laptop runs Windows 10 with no problems.

• Yes, if the computer uses Ethernet or Wifi it will be compatible.

• Yes I set up my sisters who has Windows 10 and her ISP is Century Link (Rocky Mtn Area Phone Company) -- Worked fine.
