• Yes, but u have to be extremely careful and Adata doesn’t recommend doing this. If u break the ssd doing this, Adata will probably void ur warranty

• Hello thebadgerboi, We highly recommend against removing the heatsink that is pre-installed on this drive, as by doing so you can possibly damage any components on the drive. Regards, ADATA Team
