Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. This product comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. If there is any issues with your product, you may find support and general assistance on our ADATA Website. Please note that you will have to first file an RMA request before your product gets serviced. Please follow the steps below to submit one: Please submit a RMA Request through our Member Center which is available here: https://www.adata.com/us/member/ Please make an account if you do not have one already. Once completed, navigate to our member center. There is an option on the far right that says “Submit an RMA Request”. Please fill out the form with all necessary details and follow the on screen instructions. What to expect: Once we receive confirmation of your package, we will send out your replacement through our expedited shipping process.
