• A:Answer Call your local Best Buy and ask for an actual Geek Squad agent to come to your home. You also can call their 800 number but you may get a third party sub if you do that. Beware: Best Buy subcontracts with third parties. I had a terrible experience with a third party installer who had no idea how to connect a Sonos system. I had to call Sonos while the sub stood around and did nothing. You may have the same experience with your Bose system.

Q: QuestionSome soundbar manufacturers, like LG and Sony, have soundbars that upscale lower quality sound sources. I am very interest in the Samsung HW Q900A, but I see nothing in the product description or specs that would indicate it has upscaling ability. Agree?

Q: QuestionI have the JBL Bar 2.1. I do not have the remote anymore, I use my Fire remote to control. I accidently unpaired the sub. Can I re pair the sub with the soundbar without the remote. Another way. Or did my button mistake make it so I can never reconnect?

• A:Answer The Samsung TV remote will not partner with the cable box. Use the cable box remote to partner with the sound bar and use the remote TV for settings and other things beside channels. You must use the Sound Bar remote to make settings such as mode and sound preferences.
