“I have a ZVOX sound bar to attach to my Samsung TV. I am connected to Comcast Xfinity & use the Xfinity remote for the TV. I don't know how to turn off the TV internal speakers, can you do this?”

Select settings on the TV. Select sound and deselect TV speakers
