- Answer I recommend contacting the geek squad. You invested enough in your entertainment products and to have them synced up together I would have the geek squad come out and put everything together for you

QuestionDo you sell a sound bar that will enhance dialogue for a senior with slight hearing loss.

- Answer Check the Samson 3 channel sound bar. The center speaker will deliver very good audio for us with hearing problems. It's not the "hearing", as much as the "understanding" of dialog. The Samson has effective settings for whatever hearing range you need. Geek Squad advised this for me and I am very pleased.

- Answer When we purchased our TV and sound bar the technicians mounted both and connected the sound bar to the TV. When I had a problem, which wound up being a user error, a Geek Squad technician returned and quickly resolved the issue.

- Answer I too am not technically savvy. So, when ever I purchased a tv and a sound bar, I had the Geek Squad set it up. They’re really good at it. I also ask questions they readily answer.
