• I did, it didn't say anywhere they will only install something you bought at BB. They didn't ask when I called to schedule the install. I suspect the GS people that do the installs are contractors any way in which case they wouldn't care one way or the other

• That was the case a few years ago, now you have to buy your system in BB in order to get free installation with BB/Geek squad.
