Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a washing machine fail only after 12 days. I spent 7 hours on Saturday getting the run-around. The Best Buy stores no longer receive phone calls, the calls all get routed to a call center. I finally ended up finding the e-mail address to the CEO of Best Buy, sent an e-mail and guess what, someone contacted me and scheduled for my washing machine to be replaced tomorrow.. I had The Worst customer service experience with them.

I did not have anything that was too big for any crew not to be able to haul it. Also, I was in Las Vegas for a Family Reunion on this date...I believe
