Hi Annie. Thanks for your great question. This service will cover us setting up the TV, mounting it if that's the plan, connecting it to your devices and showing your how it all works. You can either order it on our site and add the service or you can give us a call at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 and we can make the order, set up the service and be with you the whole way. Furthermore, if you are a Total Tech Support member, the service is knocked down from $149 to $49.
