• I too have a smart tv, and I did not know how to use the internet. I called the Geek Squad to help me. She showed me how to use the internet and download Hulu. I should tell you I have a Totaltech Membership. The young lady came to my home to show me what to do. I had to pay for the visit. But for me it was worth it. Unless you know someone who could help you. I would call the Geek Squad.
