We are having issues with our entertainment system. It could be the AV Receiver/sound system, the TV or a cable. What service would I need to have someone come out and reset everything up and test it to determine which component is causing the issues? null

It may be your type of system connectors. That is what I had to go to a HDMI connection for the TV now so there are cables to do that.

We had this issue and called the Geek Squad. The representative asked a series of questions and then instructed us to unplug the tv, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Also unplug the exterior speaker, and plug it back in. The problem was solved, we were told that sometimes devices need to be reset. That worked for us.

I DID NOT NEED A RECEIVER FOR THIS PARTICULAR VIZIO SOUNDBAR SURROUND SOUND SPEAKER SYSTEM. I WOULD CALL GEEK SQUAD AND SEE IF THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM.
