Have your tv mount ready (unless you order it with the service). You can find cheaper outside of BB. As long as you get a compatible mount, they will install it. Also have your area ready. I unmounted my old tv, removed the old mount from the wall and moved the tv stand/table out of the way so that they had room to work. They will install cable/satellite receivers or whatever other equipment you might have. I just them connect HDMI cables so that I could have the option to choose whatever gaming systems or other equipment I wanted to connect.
