• No, because they need to activate it from the store or warehouse. I would recommend purchasing directly online from Adobe

• I don't think so. The box version has an activation code that you'll need to use to get S/N during verification. You don't need the supplied disk to download. But need the activation code supplied in the box

• Yes you can. I did download it as I do not have a CD drive. Simply use the serial code on the box and then google adobe downloads and you will click on this and then input the serial number.
