• Yes, you can edit PDF documents in the way you ask (combine docs, remove pages). However, I don't know about creating booklets.

• No, I couldn't even down load the program. I found out after purchasing the product because I am not a teacher or student. The Best Buy on line site never mentioned that fact, if it had I would not have purchased it. I opened the box, tried to down load and realized it. Best buy refused a refund because it had been opened.
